CV PKS terbagi menjadi 2 department yaitu departmen Fabrication & Welding Services dan department inspection services. Department Fabrication & Welding Services
Pada department Fabrication dan Welding Services kami mengerjakan pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang menggunakan material aluminium, stainless steel dan mild steel baik pekerjaan pabrikasi maupun pekerjaan repair.

- Fabrication Works
Pekerjaan-pekerjaan pabrikasi yang telah kami lakukan adalah sebagai berikut: pembuatan / pabrikasi aluminium speed boat, pontoon aluminium untuk penampungan oil spill, pontoon besi, aluminium gangway,cooling tower, safety modul untuk HUET, convincer untuk safety driving training, pembuatan stroge tank, aluminium tool box, fuel tank, heavy duty light weight skid untuk wire line equipment, aluminium ladder, wheel chock, steel basket dan lain-lain.

- Repair Works
Pekerjaan-pekerjaan repair yang telah kami kerjakan adalah sebagai berikut: aluminium gear box, aluminium oil cooler, aluminium engine block, aluminium flywheel, aluminium cylinder head, propeller dan lain-lain. Department Inspection Services

Pada department Inspection Services kami melakukan pekerjaan inspeksi / pemeriksaan dengan menggunakan metode NDT (Non Destructive Testing) seperti MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection), DPT (Dye Penetrant Test) dan ultrasonic wall thickness measurement.
Selain itu kami juga melakukan pengetesan dengan menggunakan load cell untuk test beban / load test pada peralatan lifting equipment dan hydrostatic test pada pipa bertekanan , BOP dan valve / katup pengaman.
Peralatan / equipment yang kami inspeksi mencakup:
- Peralatan pengeboran / drilling equipment seperti sub, cross-over, drill collar, rotary table, slip, BOP, riser dll.
- Peralatan Snubbing Unit dan Well Service Equipment / PCE seperti BOP, Tee Connection, Lubricator, chicksan line, bottom hole assembly, macaroni tubing dll.
- Lifting equipment dan loose lifting gears seperti sling, shackle dll.
- Load test pada steel basket, container dan crane.
